The Hull site has a strong history of innovation, achieving many ‘firsts’ in the industry over the years. Investing in every area of the business to provide innovative digital packaging solutions, for today and tomorrow. The 100% digital print facility consists of 5 SCREEN presses, plus digital finishing equipment from AB Graphics International, including the DigiJet Embellishment unit. Providing agile digital packaging solutions as well as luxury digitally embellished labels to enhance packaging and appeal to consumers.
Solutions
As well as Digitally printed self-adhesive labels, we also provide a range of innovative solutions to revolutionise your packaging. These include: SASO® the self-adhesive shrink-on label solution with maximum label coverage for the aerosol market, Complete the digital can packaging solution, and REVEALABEL® the Peel and Reveal label solution.
Sustainability
As well as providing a range of eco-friendly label materials to our customers, we are also continuously assessing each area of our business to ensure that we are reducing our effect on the environment. This includes:
- Installing 96 solar panels to generate our own electricity
- Sub-metering all major plant equipment
- Named Environmental Company of the Year at Digital Labels & Packaging Awards 2023
Digitally printed labels achieve incredible results for your brand with a maximum 5-day lead time and zero MOQs, your product will get to market on time, without the need for excess ordering.
We are committed to working with our customers to provide an eco-friendly label material solution. Our offering includes 10 substrates to reduce your effect on the environment, from materials made from recycled content to wash-off adhesive.
Testing and trialing your packaging are essential steps in production. Our packaging mock-up service enables you to test your packaging ideas before going to full production.
Digital embellishments will give you an elevated sense of competition in crowded markets and allow you to make an immediate impact on sales by adding a touch of luxury to your packaging. This includes foiling, spot varnishes and tactile finishes.
