With zero plates and minimal tooling costs, digital is the perfect platform for small quantity, multi variant runs. Nevertheless, it can still be realistic solution for high volume work due to the speed of the press.
Multiple print stations, offering the very best of combination print including UV flexo, UV screen and cold foil with additional flatbed units for embossing/ debossing or hot foiling. The main benefit of this is speed – flexo labels can be printed at speeds of up to 150 metres per minute, meaning that they’re ideal for large print runs.
Hot and cold foiling, screen print, multi- layer peel and read, embossing/ de-bossing, lamination, shrink sleeves, label on label, fluorescent inks
By spreading the information across multiple pages instead of a standard single ply, it allows high volumes of text within a compact area without compromising the design with an eye-catching top layer that is peeled away from the bottom layers to reveal further information. The fast-inline process allows 3 and 5 page labels to be produced at high speed.
Through incorporating a standard label with the added peel and read element within the same finished product, it offers an alternative to peel and read but with similar benefits. It’s an ideal solution for allowing a large amount of text within a small area as text can be spread across several pages instead of trying to condense it into insufficient space.
You can achieve the highest on-shelf impact for your brand, with 360 display, it allows for greater creativity in presenting your brand identity and with more and more choices available on shelf, printed shrink sleeves are a unique form of packaging that will differentiate you from the crowd.
A technique typically used for protection but has now become more popular for adding to a label’s appearance. It involves the application of a thin durable layer of synthetic film to the label material; the film is bonded to the label using an adhesive and pressure to provide enhanced protection, durability and moisture resistance, and is available in an array of finishes.
Our wet glue labels are wrap-around, square cut, punched and tube wrapped – which can be hot foil stamped or embossed. The labels are printed using UV or conventional offset inks with a gloss or matt varnish.
